 Lovely layout at this week's Pals Paper Arts #308! For this sketch, I wanted to try and feature some DSP that I've been struggling with - the Affectionately Yours Specialty DSP. I still haven't tapped the gorgeous copper accent sheets, but my main challenge is actually the other sheets - why oh why are these colors so hard for me? So even though I really tweaked and fiddled with this one, I still find the final result "jarring" to my eye (so to speak,) I haven't quite hit on making these colors sing, I don't think. Still, always a good time to play with Jar of Love! Ah, it's that most wonderful time of year again - Christmas in July 2016 is upon us! Yay! Now that Stampin' Up! has once again brought Christmas back to the "Big Book," we have to seize that chance to get started on all things Christmas! This class combines some new AND old favorites, for some gorgeous holiday wishes to share! Class is announced for Thursday, July 14 at 630 pm, and Saturday July 16 at 3 pm, both chez Heroldt! All supplies are provided, you only bring your basic craft kit! We'll also have drinks and treats, of course, plus a little gift from me, all for $20, or FREE with a $25 or more order! Adorable, Heather! I love the extras you added. The bow on the jar is the perfect little accent, and coordinates so well with the ribbon and the Mint Macaron in the designer paper. Thanks for playing with the Sketch Team at Pals Paper Arts!
