 Fun day ahead! First we have a super cute sketch from Try Stampin' on Tuesday #359, AND I get to guest stamp over at Retro Rubber #82! Woo hoo! I get to go again on a tic-tac-toe challenge - woo hoo! I actually started with the grid today, and I zeroed in on "birthday" pretty quick - which way to go from there? I checked out my stamps first, and found my old Crazy for Cupcakes set from 2008. Yes, I have kept every cupcake set I've ever come across, lol. From there I went straight up and added "twine" and "pink" - yum! I used our TSOT sketch to place the elements I wanted to use, and ta-daa! Tasty time! Can't wait to see you over at our challenges - show us what you've got! Heather, I'm glad you've joined us at Guest Designer as it's always a pleasure to see your work in the gallery. This is an absolute beauty. The pink is pretty without being over sweet. I don't know how I could have glossed over that gorgeous embossing folder in the catalogue - it looks like a must have! This is the first challenge I've ever designed so I'm glad to see such a fabulous creation come from it. Heather, you have surely made a gorgeous card from the challenge. Interesting that you and I both did cupcake cards using the same vertical row! LOL I love that stamp you used and greatly admire your fussy cutting skills!
