Fabulous Season (& Pumpkin Club Sep 30!)

Woo hoo! Time for Fab Friday #121, and a super cute sketch to play with! I'm matching mine with these sweet colors from Paper Players#361!
How about something floral and sweet today? I can't seem to get enough of the branches and blossoms in Colorful Seasons! Just a touch of sparkly silver sets everything off, too. This card is just in time for a late summer wedding here (we can still call it late summer here in AZ when it's 106 degrees out, darn it!) I decided to switch up the images and sentiment, too - all made super easy with Layering Ovals to help. So, what's YOUR Fab creation going to be? I can't wait to see!

Let's Get Messy 2 on Sep 14 & 16!
I've had quite a few requests for another edition of our "Messy Class," and I can hold out no longer, lol. Let's do it again! This class will feature fun new techniques and products that might be just a little bit "messy" to play with - and we'll all get messy together while we learn how to tame them! We'll make 5 all-occasion cards that you will love creating! No apron required! (But maybe don't wear white!)
Class is still on for Saturday, September 16 at 3 pm, and will include all supplies needed (bring your own snips and adhesive!), plus drinks and snacks, and a special gift from me, all for $25! This class can also be FREE with your order of $30 or more! RSVP today!

Super cute sketch at this week's Paper Craft Crew #249! I think I can live up to it!
How about with a little Best Birds action? I had a great time today with coloring, and then with trying out all the little detailed thinlits that go with this set - I tried the little blossoms and berries today - they make a pretty touch, and I can do as much or as little as I like! Today I focused on the "congrats" sentiment, and stamped "on your wedding day" inside - my wedding card stash is getting a little thin, lol, with all the usual June happenings around here...

VW Bride

OK, let me just say right up front that I KNOW I'm going pretty ridiculous here! I could never figure out how one could manage it, but that all changes today - I'm combining FOUR challenges here! They are Stamp Ink Paper #96's wedding theme, Try Stampin' on Tuesday #319's round card challenge, SU Only #173's feminine theme, and Retro Rubber #61's additional twist of buttons! Whew!
The first thing I did was visit the RoR (Room of Retirement!) for a likely "wedding" theme stamp. I was surprised at how many I was able to pull. In the end though, I just had to go with Beautiful Ride, from last year's Occasions (2016). I was so sorry that this set didn't make it to the "Big Book!" I went with an oval shape to better accommodate the VW, and, this shape also fits in a standard envelope - score! I brought on the Blushing Bride, of course, and had fun turning it into an easel, too. I think this turned out so well!

Oo, a fun slanty sketch with ovals from Try Stampin' on Tuesday #281! I'm adding the cute colors from Pals Paper Arts #311, too!
So, yes, Foxy Friends was still out on my desk, and I got to thinking about maybe a cute couple of girl and boy gray foxes. What can I say? There's a couple weddings coming up in our family and we need to get ready! All we needed was a little help from our bear friends, and we were all set!

So, it turns out that Flourishing Phrases isn't ready to move off my desk yet, lol. And, it feels like a good day to fussy cut! Can I help it if I'm still feeling floral?? Lol. I'm so happy with this card - I love it when good challenges work so well together! I made this a congrats card, and paired up the lovely wedding sentiments from this set on the inside - I have a couple family weddings coming up this fall that I can't wait to celebrate! One down, one to go...

Here I am with Stamp Ink Paper #41's wedding theme - yay!
I TOTALLY knew I was using Beautiful Ride for this one, lol, did you have any doubt? I even made my gorgeous Blushing Bride Bug sparkly with some Wink of Stella - I wish the shimmer photographed better! So much fun!

I'm really liking the lovely lines at this week's Can You Case It #89! Hope I can do it justice with the wintry color challenge over at Sunday Stamps #111 - isn't that squirrel cute??
One of the first things I remembered when I sat down to try this one was my gorgeous suite of supplies from Something Borrowed. I waited so long to finally get these, that they retired almost right after, lol. I hate it when I do that! Anyway, this suite is all about Sahara Sand, so I think it's a great match for the color challenge! So pretty!

Oh ho ho - check out this week's challenge at TGIF #8! Together Forever! Nice! I think that theme will go great with this week's In{k}spire Me #203's subtle color challenge!
i ended up having to dig through the "Room of Retirement" for this one, lol. I just knew I wanted to pull out this old image from the retired Take It To Heart set, especially after all the set hints at TGIFC, giggle. I haven't gotten too many of the weddings sets lately. I have high hopes to soon - both my niece and my nephew have weddings planned for next year, and I hope to do up some goodies for them with whatever happens to be current then! Don't want to jump to soon, know what I mean? Anyway, my eye caught another retired set for the "Bride & Groom," and I've always loved this sentiment from John 15, too. A real mish-mash, huh? Hope I brought some harmony!

OK, I know I get to throw that heart out the window if I want, but check out the sweet little sketch at In{k}spire Me #199 this week! Totally keeping that heart, because I think I'll match it with Just Add Ink #263's wedding theme!
I've made a completely straight-forward version of the sketch, for a clean and beautiful card, I think. I love this sketch with the wedding theme! I couldn't resist throwing in a tiny splash of Blushing Bride for the heart, of course, but the simple harmony of these elements really makes me happy!
