Hurray! The Library Challenge #50 is back online, with a real winner, too, Where the Red Fern Grows. Awesome!
I remember reading this book back in my earlier school days, and I have a vague sense of sadness when I think back to it - I seem to recall there being a loss in this story. We love our dogs here so much - they ARE our family, lol, warts, snores and all, so I knew I wanted to include a dog on my card. I decided to go for something pretty similar to the cover, with silhouettes, and pretty blues, and a sentiment that brings out adventurous good times with friends - THAT'S what I'll remember now!
