Umbrella Days

Looks like a lot to juggle at this round of Sketch Saturday #761!
I'm excited that this is another chance to jump into a pre-order set - only one left after today!  For now, let's take a look at the upcoming Umbrella Days bundle - I'm really stoked by another set with this artwork style, it's gorgeous!  It also has awesome dies, I played a little bit with a few of the extras - like the raincoat for the dog, the boot tops, and some umbrella canopy pieces, too, which I admit are a little weird, lol.  I don't usually go for all the little bits and bobs, but as soon as I saw the dog sweater, I was a goner, lol.  I dug out this sheet of DSP from my old Sunshine & Rainbows pack for a background, then started building some circles.  I added the rain streaks image behind the boy, and the extra sentiment, too.  With all these details, I ended up liking the result better than I thought I would, lol, though I took some tiny liberties with my layout - I just couldn't stay that symmetrical!
