Seeing Snowflakes

We're all about the drama with our moody color combo here at As You See It #381!
I really do love this combo - the Azure Afternoon really makes it bold!  I don't tend to work in this color often, either, so I had to take some serious time to choose a direction!  I finally landed on our now-retired Snowy Delights bundle, with its gorgeous layered snowflake stencil!  I tried to make the difference in grays show on the stenciled part, but just in case, I did some layers in both to make sure my color bases were covered, lol.  I started with Azure Afternoon for my first two stencil layers, lighter and then more saturated, then followed with Smoky Slate and ended with Basic Gray.  I love how it came out, and I finished with a sweet Christmas sentiment, and some Basic Gray Pearls.  The hardest step by far was finding a sheet of coordinating DSP I could use for my envelope, lol.
