What a fun recipe card we have for you this round at As You See It #359! Hmm, oranges, dies, flowers - I think I need to pull out the Layers of Beauty bundle again, lol. I've been wanting to try those pretty blossoms in oranges! I pulled a bunch of shades I thought I could use, including Cajun Craze, which I think of as a "burnt" orange, lol. Looking good! The anniversary sentiment in the set has a "happy," so I'm all set there - and it all came to a screeching halt on the "frame," lol. I was flying through, then got bogged down for half an hour trying various framing ideas, sigh. Finally, I narrowed it down to a frame for the sentiment, but how to really nail it? Not sure I managed, but I finally settled on a simple oval frame, and called it good. What a ride! I can't wait to see YOUR beautiful bake-ups with this one - meet you at the challenge! Layers of Beauty Stamp Set, Masks & Dies; Basic White, Cajun Craze & Peach Pie CS; Memento Tuxedo Black, Peach Pie, Timid Tiger, Pumpkin Pie & Cajun Craze Inks; Layering Ovals Dies (retired); Timber EF (retired); Peach Pie Resin Dots; #AYSI359. Christmas Cards Part 3 Here it is - our last Christmas Card class of the year - except maybe Pumpkin Clubs, lol - there was just too much to celebrate! Class features 6 cards with envelopes, snacks, drinks, and a special gift from me, all for $25! Make sure to RSVP, and come make some merry! Class is ON for Saturday, October 18 at 2 pm!

I love this flower in any color, but it's really striking in these orange hues! Just delightful!

This is gorgeous Heather and I must confess when I saw your card I did have a 'why didn't I think of that?' moment! Those flowers do look gorgeous in orange tones and the warm textured rust background just adds to the cosy, autumnal feel.

Gorgeous card, Heather. This set was my first thought too but you've done it way better than what I'd been thinking. Set against that subtle embossed background, the flowers are amazing. :-)

Sorry to have caused you a bit of stress with the frame in my recipe, Heather, but this card was totally worth the effort!
