 We're goin' to the ocean this round at Retro Rubber #250! For this retro run, I couldn't resist going to my all-time favorite ocean papers in the 2022 Whale of a Time DSP pack - check out this one of a colorful school flitting along! I added a few pieces of my favorite seaweed die from 2022's Smooth Sailing - such a good year for oceans, lol. Anyway, I picked this punny birthday sentiment from the accompanying Whale Done stamp set, and finished with a scatter of the Whale of a Time sequins mix - such great colors in this one, and even a shell!
