Woo hoo! Time for another speed challenge at As You See It #331 - and the theme is FRUIT! Coolio!! I knew the best way to cut some time would be to have some fruity DSP, so I went hunting through my retired papers first - I thought I had this really cool cherry sheet still - but then, I came across my still almost full pack of You're A Peach - sold!! I dug out the stamp bundle, and some retired Pear Pizzazz CS and ink - found this pretty Pear Pizzazz Cotton Ribbon in the cardstock folder, too, so let's do that, too! I snagged Petal Pink and Calypso Coral for my peach and I was set! Let's start the clock! Cut my layers, and I want top show as much peach as possible, so I had to go landscape. Tie on the ribbon and start on the peach - I didn't lose much time stamping a second peach - rocking and rolling some Calypso didn't work out and I had to switch to a sponge dauber. A quick trip to the die cutting machine, a quick punch for my sentiment, slap it all together, AND I still have time to dig out some bling! Yay! I clocked in at a cool 7 minutes, 21 seconds! Not too shabby! I can't WAIT to see your fruit, too, AND your awesome speedy time! Meet you at the challenge! Sweet As A Peach Stamp Set (retired 2022); You're A Peach DSP (retired); Basic White & Pear Pizzazz (retired) CS; Petal Pink, Calypso Coral & Pear Pizzazz (retired) Inks; Peach Dies (retired); Large Oval Punch (retired); Pear Pizzazz Cotton Ribbon (retired); Iridescent Pastel Gems in Calypso Coral; #AYSI331. Not too shabby indeed! You're so right about the beautiful paper being the way to move along a speed challenge. And this one is gorgeous. I'm impressed you still had some Pear Pizzazz lurking around. :-)

Patterned paper is definitely the way to go for these challenges - your card is just 'peachy'!

You're so clever, Heather, to remember the Peach suite! This is a great speed stamping sample and so pretty too! You've got speed stamping down to a fine art!

DSP for the win Heather - a crafter after my own heart! I love the stamped peach 'tag' and ribbon too; I feel like I went a bit too CAS with my version so will be channelling you next time!
