 Ooo, As You See It #238 is calling this color challenge, "Aura," and it's a perfect name! I thought about trying for a lovely mountain scene like the inspiration pic, but I'm not too sure of my blending skills, lol. Then I thought about a non-traditional Christmas color card, and decided it was finally time to take Sweetest Borders holly dies out for a spin - how cute would that be in pinks? Pretty cute, it turns out, lol. And after my experience with the fancy inlaid ornaments, I had to try that trick again and inlay all the Petal Pink pieces into the Flirt Flamingo. Whew! Check out the crazy washi on the back! All in all, a fun card today! This is one of the few cards I've seen using theses dies, but it proves that they are a worthwhile set to have! The inlay process looks painstaking but the result is definitely worth the effort! Thanks for joining us at As You See It Challenges!
