![]() I feel a little nervous, but it was my turn to offer our first fill-in-the-blank challenge of the year at As You See It #340! I'm not a big resolutions person, but hey, what are YOUR crafting goals?? It's going to sound a little crazy, but MY crafting goal is to have MORE Christmas cards this year. When it was time for me to get out our cards, I didn't have enough! I almost fell off my chair, lol. So, I can't let the grass grow on that at all - let's make a Christmas card today! Today I pulled my retired Framed & Festive set off the shelf - this was an add-on set to the Framed Florets bundle, and I SO never gave it enough ink time! I love the mixed fonts so much, I chose this pretty one for the gorgeous stitched frame die! I floated everything over my beloved Season of Green & Gold DSP - I'm still pretty smitten with this stuff, too, lol. A few fussy cut mistletoe sprigs and some tiny clusters of Gold Pearls is the perfect to finish! I can't wait to see YOUR crafting resolutions, too - meet you at the challenge! Framed & Festive Stamp Set (retired 2023); Season of Green & Gold DSP; Very Vanilla & Old Olive CS; Old Olive Ink; Framed Florets Dies (retired); Festive Pearls in Gold; #AYSI340. ![]() Pumpkin Club January 25! I think you've set us all a great challenge! I'm not really big on NY resolutions either but the idea of a crafting one had appeal. Good on you for getting stuck into Christmas Cards in such a regular way. Great goal. :-)

Heather, I think your idea for this challenge is brilliant - if we hadn't already made one, now was the perfect time to do so!

This was such a fun challenge idea Heather - and you can never start to early on those Christmas cards! I tell myself I will make more earlier, but it usually becomes a haphazard affair until later in the year. I think maybe making a few multiples each month is the way to go - this card would definitely lend itself to that. Come to think of it, I have the same stamp set and love that DSP too, so I might just CASE you and get on with it!
