Oh gosh, now I'm getting hungry!  I hope you like our soft and  sweet colors this week at Sunday Stamps #281!
I tried hard to steer away from the food sets for this one, lol.  I finally settled on the lovely Nature's Harvest set, which also coordinates with this beautiful Heart & Home DSP (I love ALL the woodgrain sides!) and has the stunning Harvest dies as well.  I don't think I can ever have too many of these perfectly detailed stems!  They look sweet and supportive in our Sunday colors, along with this elegant "healing thoughts" sentiment.  So soothing...
I can't wait to see YOUR projects for our sweet colors - meet you there!
Nature's Harvest Stamp Set; Heart & Home DSP; Basic White, Soft Sea Foam, So Saffron, Blushing Bride & Fresh Freesia CS; Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; Harvest Dies; Silver Epoxy Essentials; #SSC281.

Aw, what a great theme at this week's CAS on Friday #222 - "feel better!"
I love this sentiment in our Inspired Thoughts bundle, perfect for a get well, but the amazing tree dies are not very in keeping with the CAS theme, sigh.  However, I could add a simple little tree from Beauty of Friendship that's just right!  Yay!  I kept it super clean and simple, but I had to add a couple Brushed Brass Butterflies to finish - they just flew right on, lol.  This ended up being a super quick card, too, handy!

Lovely - a fun Fall "recipe" from this week's As You See It #257 - let's cook!
I knew right away I'd go for the lovely die-cut wheat stems in our new Harvest dies - love these!  So then it was just a question of how to arrange the rest of the "ingredients!"  Our Pansy Petals DSP has several colors of gingham check paper, so I went with this gorgeous Soft Succulent sheet, which looks perfect over the Crumb Cake background!  I used our now-retired Pinewood Planks for my embossing folder, snuck in a little twine behind this sweet sentiment from the accompanying Nature's Harvest, and finished with some Brushed Metallic Dots.  So far, I have loved every card I've made with this bundle - so versatile!
Nature's Harvest Stamp Set; Pansy Petals DSP; Basic White, Crumb Cake & Bumblebee CS; Early Espresso Ink; Pinewood Planks EF (retired); Harvest Dies; Linen Thread; Brushed Metallic Dots; #AYSI257.

The Cone of Shame

Goodness, we have quite a tall order from this week's Time Out Challenge #188!  Household goods AND embossing?  Eee!
I really had a hard time with this one too, today, but then, today was the day the our beloved Sophie went to get her lip polyp taken off, lol.  Poor baby.  It's not bad enough you have to go get all dopey at the vet's, but then you have to wear the cone of shame for a day when you get home!  Just no justice for a labrador, lol.  We have three of these suckers, one for each dog, though thank goodness they haven't ever (yet?!) all had them on at once, lol.  So that was today's inspiration - and watch the movie "Up" if you don't get the reference!
Hot Dog Stamp Set; Basic White & Pool Party CS; Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; Stitched Shapes Dies (retired); Large Polka Dots EF (retired); Resin Hearts; #TOC188.

So excited for our sweet banded sketch at this week's Fab Friday #211!
Another set leaving us soon is the playful Dandelion Wishes.  I've so enjoyed this set!  Besides the winsome images of dandelion clocks (does anyone else still call them that??) doing their thing, there's also some cute sentiments to go with, in such a fun font - they are definitely the breeze playing through the dandelion fields!  I did a little study all in Smoky Slate, and made a pretty background just from the escaping seeds by themselves!
I hope you have time to join us this week on our fun sketch - I'll look for your projects over at the challenge!
Dandelion Wishes Stamp Set; Smoky Slate DSP; Whisper White & Smoky Slate CS; Smoky Slate Ink; Stitched Shapes Dies; Frosted Epoxy Droplets; #FabFri211.

Well, of course I have to jump on Time Out Challenge #172's support for breast cancer, what a great idea!  I have just the thing!
I knew right away I wanted to use this little bra stamp in my ancient Fashion Statements set - from 2005!  I think this is one of my oldest sets, lol.  Anyway, it comes attached to the phrase "thanks for your support" which didn't quite fit, so I masked that off for this sea of flying bras!  Then I put together my own sentiment with our Make a Difference alphabet set - this one has the tiniest letters we have, I think!  I finished with a feature bra and a few pink pearls, fun and hopefully spirit-lifting!

Yum, loving these gorgeous Fall colors this week at Hand Stamped Sentiments #348!
I decided to take a little peek over the shelves for something that hasn't been out to play for a bit, and Special Someone was the winner!  I felt like the two "browns" were perfect for a couple critters hanging out together, lol.  I set up my little scene in the corner in Black, then went back and stamped in all my two-steps stamped off, for a slightly more muted color look.  At the last second, I found some ancient retired Mint Macaron Enamel Dots to add as well - perfect and sweet!
Special Someone Stamp Set; Whisper White & Mint Macaron CS; Memento Tuxedo Black, Crumb Cake, Cinnamon Cider & Mint Macaron Inks; Mint Macaron Enamel Dots (retired); #HSS348.

Oo, CAS on Friday #184 has a fun one this week - make your card anything but white!  Time to bring out the colors!
My sleeper fave of our 2018 In Colors, I have to say, has been Seaside Spray.  I'm finding myself going to it more and more - it's starting to rival Purple Posy for my affections, shhh!  I decided to try for a one-layer card, and do my stamping in White Shimmer emboss - I'm a bit worried it's maybe too indistinct.  I do LOVE the white against the Seaside Spray, though, and even though it's supposed to be CAS, lol, I couldn't help but add on some matching sequins.  In two sizes.  Shhh again...
Dandelion Wishes Stamp Set; Seaside Spray CS; Memento Tuxedo Black (on envelope) & Versamark Inks; White Shimmer EP; Seaside Spray Sequins; #CASOF184.

Oo, this is a fun one over at The Male Room #135 - "sentiment in focus!"
It just so happens that my go-to Sorry for Everything set is also on the retiring list, sigh, and what a perfect big bold sentiment to feature!  I kept everything a bit muted for a guy card, and matched up the "not feeling well" sentiment for this one - I already know who I'm sending this one to!  The mix and matchability side of this set is one of the things I love about it - so many flavors of sorry, lol...  I was able to sneak in this DSP background, too - I still have BOTH full sheets of it - yikes!
Sorry For Everything Stamp Set; Come Sail Away DSP; Whisper White & Early Espresso CS; Early Espresso Ink; True Gentleman Button (retired); Linen Thread; #TMR135.
