 I am SO SUPER THRILLED to guest today at Seize the Birthday #325, where the topping is "primarily pink!" I hope you can play along, too! I actually received a little surprise in my first pre-order shipment from SU! - a pack of the Bloom Boutique Specialty DSP! I called in to confess, but I got to keep it, lol, even though this wasn't really on my radar. After I checked it out, though, I realized that it had all our new In Colors in it - score! This delicate floral sheet features our newest and palest pink - Barely Blush! I also recently ordered the Lovely Arrangements bundle - I really just wanted the dies, but that stamp set features these two larger flowers, so I used them to coordinate with the DSP, and also cut some gold leaves to pick out some of the gold highlights. Even though all these flowers aren't my usual wheelhouse, I'm really pleased with how this came out! I hope you can join us this round at Seize the Birthday - see you there! Heather, congrats on being one of our Surprise Party Guest at Seize the Birthday. Your pink pattern paper is so loverly with your pretty pink flowers. Beautiful card. I love how you picked your DSP first and then proceeded with the focal, bigger flowers. The reverse thinking is refreshing! Love how you've paired the gold in too. Such a gorgeous card, Heather!
