So fun - Shopping Our Stash #533 has a "birds of a feather" challenge this round!
I really wanted to pull out some stash items for this one - and a big stash for me is all the tons of critters cut out of our old Zoo Crew DSP I still have, lol.  And wouldn't you know it, there's even a bird - a roller skating ostrich!  Yes!  So I pulled out three, just because I could, and got started.  I did this nice streaming background with my old Seaside EF, because I think it looks like the breeze is blowing back their feathers!  And the goofy fonts in our Amazing Phrasing set that retired in 2022 seemed like a good fit, too!  Last, I FINALLY broke into my Dappled Dots - still current, but I've been hoarding them still, I guess, lol.  Stash-alicious!
Amazing Phrasing Stamp Set (retired 2022); Zoo Crew DSP (retired); Basic White, Crumb Cake & Pool Party CS; Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; Seaside EF; Dappled Dots; #SOS533.

Oo, another fun landscape sketch from Sketch Saturday #762!
I really wanted to play the "any shape" card today, lol, and my gorgeous Christmas Labels bundle has really been begging for a playdate, lol.  So be it!  I'm fascinated by the possibilities of overlapping some of the fancy die shapes, especially combines with pretty paper!  I did a little bit of a CASE of a catalog pic here, but, you know, different, lol.  I also gave everything a Cherry Cobbler layer, too - really jingles the place up, I think!  I love how this came out, and I think it's a fun take on this sketch!
Christmas Labels Stamp Set; Season of Elegance DSP; Basic White, Cherry Cobbler & Crumb Cake CS; Cherry Cobbler Ink; Christmas Labels Dies; Timber EF; Cherry Cobbler Pearls & Berries; #SS762.

We have a beautiful wintry inspo board for you at this round's Hand Stamped Sentiments #450!
I was most attracted to the upper right corner this round - look how glittery and sparkly those snowflakes are!  Let's see what we can do, lol.  I first went and dug out my old Penguin Playmates DSP - I remembered there was a wintry Fresh Freesia sheet in there that would be just right!  Next up, the hunt for snowflakes!  I finally settled on this trio from our retired Seasonal Layers dies - I love the three sizes and styles!  I did a bunch of these in Silver Foil, then finished with this little sentiment from Peaceful Season, which I simply punched out with a 1 1/4" Circle Punch.  Easy peasey!  A few Silver Sparkle Gems add the final details!
I can't wait to see what inspires YOU this round - meet you at the challenge!
Peaceful Season Stamp Set; Penguin & Friends DSP (retired); Basic White & Smoky Slate CS; Blackberry Bliss Ink; Seasonal Layers Dies (retired); 1 1/4" Circle Punch; Silver Sparkle Gems; #HSS450.

What a cute little sketch Inspire Create Challenge #179 has for us this round!
I decided right away that I wanted to build up my images from some of the gorgeous stems I cut from the Season of Green & Gold DSP - just so stunning!  The stamp set that goes with this doesn't have any sentiments, though - usually something I tend to shy away from, lol, BUT, I have plenty of new Christmas sentiment sets this year!  I went with this right-sized little line from the Peaceful Season bundle - there's even a fancy little banner for it in the dies!  Cherry Cobbler Berries add just the right pop of contrasting color!  Yum!
Peaceful Season Stamp Set; Season of Green & Gold DSP; Very Vanilla & Old Olive CS; Old Olive Ink; Peaceful Season Dies; Cherry Cobbler Berries; #ICC179.

We have some lovely harvest-y colors for you this round at Sunday Stamps #347!
I started by pulling some likely colors to play with, and then went on the hunt for a good set!  I finally decided that all those blues would look great in pretty bottles, so out came Vintage Christmas!  I did a little tableau of bottles and then added the festive flowers over them, and floated my punched one to line up with that - so fun to play with stamping and stamping off colors!  At the end, I turned it into a sweet little Christmas card, lol - I really have Christmas on the brain all the time this time of year, lol...  A quick double bow in White Baker's Twine with a few Solid Gems finishes things off!
I can't wait to see your projects with these rich colors - meet you at the challenge!
Vintage Christmas Stamp Set (retired 2022); Basic White & Boho Blue CS; Boho Blue, Orchid Oasis (retired), Cherry Cobbler & Calypso Coral Inks; Vintage Bottle Punch (retired); Blue Solid Gems; #SSC347.

So cute - Farm Quest #62 is all about bees!  Yay!
For this one, I pulled my older bee set - the more realistic Honey Bee from 2020 - such a beauty!  I love the dies for it, too - like the pretty honeycomb pieces I slipped behind the skep!  I floated my buzzing scene over my favorite piece of woodgrain from the Country Woods DSP pack, and added the sentiment above - I'm loving how this came out!  I did my colors in Wild Wheat - just right for these guys, though I couldn't resist a few Brushed Gold Dots to finish things off!  Life is sweet!
Honey Bee Stamp Set (retired 2020); Country Woods DSP; Basic White, Crumb Cake & Wild Wheat CS; Memento Tuxedo Black & Wild Wheat Inks; Wild Wheat Blend Marker; Gold Wink of Stella; Detailed Bees & Tailor Made Tags Dies (both retired); Brushed Gold Dots; #FQCB62.

In keeping with the weather, we have a lovely toasty recipe card for you this round at As You See It #335!
I started by hunting out what sentiment I wanted - would it be a set I could do the whole card in?  Fortunately, I found just the thing in my Thoughtful Wishes bundle - I even love this little variation on the sentiment!  I chose this leafy stem, so I could color in the leaves in two different warm colors, then added a Gold Foil sprig behind onto my Crumb Cake tag - check, check, check!  How about a Cherry Cobbler Woodgrain background for everything?  Check!  A few Brushed Gold Dots look like amber against that Cherry!
OK, I can't wait to see what YOU cook up with our fun Fall recipe - meet you at the challenge!
Thoughtful Wishes Stamp Set; Basic White, Pecan Pie, Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake, Cajun Craze & Gold Foil CS; Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; Wild Wheat & Cajun Craze Blends Markers; Thoughtful Wishes, Tailor Made Tags & Stylish Shapes Dies; Timber EF; Linen Thread; Brushed Gold Dots; #AYSI335.

Wow, Cupcake Inspirations #604 has some cool cat cupcakes to get us going this round!
One of my favorite (and oldest, lol) cat stamp sets is 2007's Here, Kitty Kitty - these guys are the cutest!  In honor of our funky cupcakes, I stamped them on Fresh Freesia, and did them up with some Highland Heather thrown in, too.  I think they look fabulous!  I'm always so happy to see these guys fussy cut - they make a big impact!  I added a little party hat to one, and let them just do their kitty thing - sure to bring a smile!
Here, Kitty Kitty Stamp Set (retired 2007); Highland Heather DSP (retired); Basic White, Highland Heather & Fresh Freesia CS; Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; Highland Heather Blend Markers; Fresh Freesia Tinsel Dots; #CIC604.

Another fun "collage" style sketch from AAA #276!  I'm loving these!
So many of the DT did Fall themed cards, it turned my head a little, lol, and I pulled my Changing Leaves Set to consider.  I love the little maple leaf in there, looks fun to color, but I wanted to stamp my background splash first!  After a little digging, I found this brushstroke image in 2020's Modern Heart set - perfect!  I stamped that first in palest Pool Party, then stamped my leaf image and sentiment in Early Espresso.  I added some color to my leaf with the Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze Blends Markers, and even picked out a few extra segments in Cajun - love the finished look!  Since I don't have too many orange embellies, I finished with some Pumpkin Pie sequins.  I love this finished look - pretty pristine!
Changing Leaves & Modern Heart (retired 2020) Stamp Sets; Basic White CS; Early Espresso & Pool Party Inks; Pumpkin Pie & Cajun Craze Blends Markers; Pumpkin Pie Sequins; #AAA276.

Check out our stunning lakeside picture for you at Retro Rubber #242 - we want to see some Fall!
To get myself started I pulled my retired pack of All About Autumn DSP - still love SO many sheets in this one!  I found a lovely tree one to use, and then added some smaller details from 2020's Painted Harvest stamp set - still one of my faves!  I kept it pretty tight so as to leave as much of that gorgeous scenery showing as I could, lol, but I couldn't resist the leaves and acorns - these always take me straight to Fall!
I can't wait to see YOUR Fall cards this round - what are YOUR Retro faves?  Meet you at the challenge!
Painted Harvest Stamp Set (retired 2020); All About Autumn DSP (retired); Very Vanilla & Cajun Craze CS; Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry & Pecan Pie Inks; Leaf Punch (retired); Gold Brushed Metallic Dots; #RRCB242.
