Pumpkin Tags For You!

OK, was this month's Pumpkin Kit not COMPLETELY adorable??  I love it so much - and perfect timing with Mother's Day this weekend!  The adorable-ness of the kit itself aside, yay for this month's My Pumpkin Challenge #0514 - Tags Everywhere!
For my first offering in this challenge, I decided to do a simple step-up of the handy tags provided in the kit - a set of 8 die-cut angled top tags in white.  To add just a little bit more, I layered them on some extra coordinating cardstock, dimensioned part of the stamped image and color-swapped, and added some coordinating ribbon.  This cute little set of four is going straight into my car's glove box for adding to the end-of-year teacher appreciation gifts I know I'll be picking up and delivering soon.  There's even JUST enough room for a short message on the tag - perfect!
Paper Pumpkin Framed Love Kit; plus, Coastal Cabana & Pear Pizzazz CS;  1/4" Hole Punch; 1/2" Seam Binding Ribbon in Pear Pizzazz; Stretch Ruffle Trim in Coastal Cabana.

Wow, this is a deceptively elegant layout at Clean & Simple #290 - how perfect for rolling out another sneak peek stamp set from the new catty!  This is another one I got at the catalog premier - called Work of Art.  Good name, right?
I pictured something super simple and pared down, but striking - and this stamp set certainly helps fit that bill!  I decided to go in a suite of purples, 'cause that's just the best color ever!
Work of Art Stamp Set; Crumb Cake, Early Espresso & Whisper White CS; Early Espresso, Elegant Eggplant, Wisteria Wonder & Perfect Plum Inks; Corner Rounder Punch; Basic Jewel Jumbo Rhinestone.

You know, before we got our Circle Collection framelits, this week's Freshly Made Sketch #134 would have been tough for me to get to this nice circular shape...  Ain't progress grand?
Once again, I wanted to sneak in one of retiring {sob} sets - Betsy's Blossoms has had a nice run, though.  I so love this blossom - so versatile, can be simple, dressy, layered or unadorned - it's ALL good!  I'll miss you, Betsy!
Betsy's Blossoms (retiring) & Simply Celebrate Stamp Sets; Sweet Sorbet DSP (SAB 2014); Whisper White & Basic Black CS; Pool Party, Basic Black, Summer Starfruit & Pistachio Pudding Inks; Circles Collection Framelits; 3/8" Satin Stitched Ribbon in Summer Starfruit.  Tools Used:  SAMJ & Blender Pen.

I really love the little flag accents on this week's Nacho Average Challenge #87!  Such a fun little accent to have...
For this sketch, I decided I needed to do another scripture card - I always need to work on that box, lol.  This seemed the perfect layout for a nice focal sentiment!  This chevron ribbon is really growing on me as well, and it looks like Pear Pizzazz has become my go-to green - must be the food name for that color!
Work of Art (from the new catty!) & ODB Scripture Collection 12 stamp sets; Whisper White, Chocolate Chip, Pear Pizzazz & Crushed Curry CS & Inks; Labels Collection Framelits; Festive Piercing Template; Modern Mosaic Embossing Folder; Crushed Curry Chevron & Pear Pizzazz Seam Binding Ribbons; Corner Rounder Punch; Basic Jewel Jumbo Rhinestone.

Now here's a Christmas challenge for sure - Merry Monday's #106 - Use a Ginger "Person!"
I've used this little guy from Scentsational Season in SO many ways - with bites out, in inchies, even a spinner - that was a fun one!  Today I got to thinking - have I ever just made a big ole plate of cookies?  Nope!  Since I'm trying to not snack so much lately, here's an excellent way to "have my cookies!"  Yum!  On a pretty silver plate, even!
You know, I don't think I quite realized how many browns we have right now, either, and I didn't even use Sahara Sand either...
Scentsational Season, Woodgrain & Oh, Goodie Stamp Sets; Whisper White, Old Olive, Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake & Silver Foil CS; Baked Brown Sugar, Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, Chocolate Chip, Early Espresso & Cherry Cobbler Inks; Holiday Collection, Bitty Banners & Circles Collection Framelits; Corner Rounder Punch; Toothpick.

Totally sweet layout at Sunday Stamps #74 this week!  There's my favorite "Any" shape again!
I'm still trying to get some inks on some of my retiring {SOB} sets, and the one I use on this card is definitely one of my go-to man stamps sets.  However, instead of paring it with Express Yourself like I planned, I decided to get out my Prize Patrol win at the Catalog Premier on Monday - @SoSocial!  So many cute hashtags and tweets in this one - 21 stamps!  A total social media extravaganza!  I tried to go rad with the colors, too, to honor this new stamp set, and I'm so proud that I only had to go look up one phrase at urban dictionary - yay me!  I guess because I don't have them, I didn't know what "first world problems" are, lol!
Clockwork (retiring) & @SoSocial Stamp Sets; Basic Gray, Pool Party, Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delight, Gumball Green & Very Vanilla CS; Gumball Green, Pool Party, Calypso Coral & Basic Gray Inks; Finishing Touches Edgelits; Corner Rounder & Scallop Trim Border Punch (retiring); This & That Epic Day DSP.

And before I forget, I've been meaning to post a quick shot of the swaps I received at the 2014 Catalog Premier event Monday night!  So fun!  I love joining a hosted swap, so much more manageable! (And check out our own Lisa V's swap on the lower left corner - gorgeous!)
Anyway, lots of fun ideas to try out - enjoy, and thanks for the awesome swaps, ladies!  Arizona stampers ROCK!
