![]() So cute! Cupcake Inspirations #610 would like us to add a tag this round! In furtherance of my ongoing Christmas Card readiness resolution, I went straight for the Greetings of the Season bundle, which has a HUGE set of tag dies to go with it! I used an older retired paper for this one, but one that is so festive and cheerful to me - love the sketchy look of the designs in our retired Joy of Christmas pack! I stamped the sentiment on the largest tag, and added some fancy ribbon, along with these Holly Gems & Sequins - cute and quick! Greetings of the Season Stamp Set; Joy of Christmas DSP (retired); Basic White & Cherry Cobbler CS; Cherry Cobbler Ink; Greetings of the Season Dies; Cherry Cobbler Metallic Ribbon; Holly Berries & Leaves Sequins; #CIC610. ![]() Thank You Cards 2025! ![]() Very nice - Inspire Create Challenge #185 wants to see something clean and simple! I've been really wanting to use the palm cross arrangement in our new Faith Collection set - this one will be perfect for it! I started with a simple white-on-white background, and laid down my palms in Mossy Meadow. I stamped the wood cross and lilies in Black onto some white scrap, and filled in the "wood" with Pecan Pie. I also added a little Light Daffodil Delight to the center of the lilies. I used the dies to cut everything out, and popped on my details for some extra dimension. Since the set is in photopolymer, it was a cinch to add the sentiment to the side! This is so perfect for an ultra-CAS look! Faith Collection Stamp Set; Basic White CS; Memento Tuxedo Black, Mossy Meadow & Pecan Pie Inks; Daffodil Delight Blend Marker; Faith Collection Dies; ICC185. ![]() Oo! Check out this glorious tiled sketch at Sketch Saturday #768! What a great layout this is - I finally realized this one is PERFECT for using up all the little 1" strips I always accumulate in my DSP packs - brilliant! I didn't do as much layering as they did in the sketch - I have cold meds brain right now, lol - but I'm still super happy with the finished look! I trotted out some bold pieces of the Flowering Zinnia DSP, and fussy cut one of the fancy ones from another sheet - so fun! I also snuck on a few of our new Tiny Bee Trinkets - adorable! Simply Zinnia Stamp Set; Flowering Zinnias DSP; Basic White & Petal Pink CS; Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; Tiny Bee Trinkets; #SS768. ![]() Yum - check out our cool winter colors at this round of Retro Rubber #247! Somehow I got it into my head that I wanted to try one of old "landscape" sets on this one - I could see rolling hills and gorgeous evening skies - so I went with our retired Hills of Tuscany! This one has so many easy elements to piece together - I can't get enough of those bold cypress trees! I quickly diecut some Deckled Rectangle layers, then started scene-building on my White one - it came together just how I imagined! I Finished with a few Blackberry Bliss Transparent Dots, too! I can't wait to see YOUR visions for our cool colors - meet you at the challenge! Hills of Tuscany Stamp Set; Blackberry Bliss & Basic White CS; Fresh Freesia, Highland Heather, Blackberry Bliss, Peach Pie & Lemon Lolly Inks; Deckled Rectangle Dies; Blackberry Bliss Transparent Dots; #RRCB247. ![]() OK, gnomies! We want to see your gnomes this round at Make My Monday #244! I decided to pull BOTH my gnome sets for this one! As I was looking over my most recent - Kindest Gnomes - I realized it could be fun to color up the mushroom house to look like our SAB paper from Toadstool Gardens! So that's just what I did! I chose this little lantern gnome to go with, and colored him a little bright to go along! I used a sentiment from my Gnome For The Holidays set from 2020 - I just love this one! I tried to not make it Christmas-y, though, lol. I can't wait to see YOUR gnome friends - meet you at the challenge! Kindest Gnomes (retired 2022) & Gnome For The Holidays (retired 2020) Stamp Sets; Toadstool Gardens DSP; Basic White & Melon Mambo CS; Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; Melon Mambo, Pool Party, Pecan Pie, Gray Granite, Poppy Parade, Azure Afternoon, Misty Moonlight & SU1000 Blends Markers; Gnomes Dies; #MMM244. ![]() Oo, a very pretty combo from In{k}spire Me #554 this round! Once again I ended up just going for the sketch - so pretty with the panels! I was so happy to show off these flowered sheets in our To Market DSP, and I also have PLENTY of fussy cut bouquets on hand to feature as well, lol. I pulled in this simple and perfect birthday sentiment from Simply Said - I can't believe how much I've been using this one, lol. At the last second I swapped Blackberry bouquets for Red ones - great color pops! Simply Said Stamp Set; To Market DSP; Basic White & Blackberry Bliss CS; Versamark Ink; White EP; Garden Green Transparent Dots; #IMC554. ![]() Such a fun planetary sketch from Try a Sketch on Tuesday #662! I knew I really wanted to use my new wonky Around It All Dies for this one - such crazy circles! I also went straight to our Toadstool Garden DSP - one of our fabulous choices in Sale-a-Bration right now! I managed three tiny toadstool scenes, lol, and added a little sentiment from the Terrific Toadstools set to go with! A few SAB Purple Sequins were just right for finishing things off! I love how this came out! Terrific Toadstools Stamp Set; Toadstool Garden DSP; Basic White CS; Melon Mambo Ink; Around It All Dies; Purple Sequins; #TSOT662. ![]() I feel a little nervous, but it was my turn to offer our first fill-in-the-blank challenge of the year at As You See It #340! I'm not a big resolutions person, but hey, what are YOUR crafting goals?? It's going to sound a little crazy, but MY crafting goal is to have MORE Christmas cards this year. When it was time for me to get out our cards, I didn't have enough! I almost fell off my chair, lol. So, I can't let the grass grow on that at all - let's make a Christmas card today! Today I pulled my retired Framed & Festive set off the shelf - this was an add-on set to the Framed Florets bundle, and I SO never gave it enough ink time! I love the mixed fonts so much, I chose this pretty one for the gorgeous stitched frame die! I floated everything over my beloved Season of Green & Gold DSP - I'm still pretty smitten with this stuff, too, lol. A few fussy cut mistletoe sprigs and some tiny clusters of Gold Pearls is the perfect to finish! I can't wait to see YOUR crafting resolutions, too - meet you at the challenge! Framed & Festive Stamp Set (retired 2023); Season of Green & Gold DSP; Very Vanilla & Old Olive CS; Old Olive Ink; Framed Florets Dies (retired); Festive Pearls in Gold; #AYSI340. ![]() Pumpkin Club January 25! I have to try it! I decided to pull my Thoughtful Wishes bundle for this one - the dies have all kinds of botanical stems and flowers in them, with just the right delicate touch, too! I quickly ran through a few likelies, as well as a couple hearts to layer from my Radiating Stitched Dies. I made a quick cluster out of the stems, then pop dotted my layered hearts over the ends. This left plenty of room for a tiny "thanks" sentiment, too - I didn't want to leave that bare! Quick and fun, it turned out! I might have to do more of these! Thoughtful Wishes Stamp Set; Basic White & Real Red CS; Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; Thoughtful Wishes & Radiating Stitches Dies; #AAA282. ![]() Pumpkin Club January 25! So, once I got a peek at that list, I admit straight out that I got a little carried away, lol. It was "tin cans" that did it, I'm afraid, because I immediately thought about the tin can on a stick image from my old Under the Stars set from 2008 - it has such great camping images! All thoughts of a wedding card went right out the window! If I was going to do the can, then I had to have the guilty-looking little raccoon, too, lol. I do have the brand new Adventure Together bundle, so I snagged the little firepit from there, as well as half my sentiment! The "congrats" is actually from our also-new Bright Borders. I'm thinking of this as retirement card, or maybe a "congrats on your new camper" card, lol. I also built my little scene on a z-fold card - so fun! Anyway, I hit tin can, fancy fold, pearls, metallics (I colored the fire pit silver, lol) and congrats. I'm adding the laughs, too, lol... Under the Stars (retired 2008), Adventure Together & Bright Borders Stamp Sets; Enjoy the Journey DSP (retired); Basic White & Garden Green CS; Memento Tuxedo Black & Garden Green Inks; Smoky Slate, Pecan Pie, Bermuda Bay (retired) & Daffodil Delight Blends Markers; Cricut Silver Metallic Marker; Adventure Together Dies; Festive Pearls in Green; #FF0176. ![]() Pumpkin Club January 25!
