Aloha Cookie (& Pumpkin Club July 27!)

What beautiful cookies at this month's If You Give a Crafter a Cookie #194!  Aloha!
This sent me straight to my old Timeless Tropical bundle from 2022 - I even still have some Tropical Oasis DSP!  I decided to try my hand at a bold Hibiscus, to set off this sweet layered aloha included in the dies - I'm pretty happy with how it came out!  I started with Lemon Lolly layered over the stamen, then added some bolder accents of Dark Melon Mambo to the petals,  I then went over it all with a layer of Petal pink to soften up the darker accents, then continued to blend both shades of Mambo til I felt done.  I did lighten a few edges with more Petal Pink to finish.  I floated my "cookie" over a background of smaller hibiscus and plumeria - I can smell the islands now!  I'm having quite the tropical weekend - yay!

Pumpkin Club July 27 at 2 PM!​
