Happy New Year!  Here's my final holiday card in the hopper - whew, I was worried I would have tohold some til next year!  This was a quick Crumb Cake Special, using the versatile Pennant Parade stamp set again - I love a set that I can use for many themes!  They really did provide some thoughtful "accessory" stamps with this one...

Pennant Parade stamp set; Crumb Cake, Real Red and Whisper White CS; Neutrals DSP pack; Old Olive, Real Red, Early Espresso and Daffodil Delight inks; Petite Pennants punch.

I LOVE the sentiment from this set - and it's so easy to trim out for extra pop...  I realized late in my Christmas card extravaganza that I really don't trot out the Northern Flurries sie strip as often as I could - it has so many cool choices!  This card turned into a fun "blues" expolration
Welcome Christmas stamp set; Night of Navy, Baja Breeze and Whisper White CS; Northern Flurries decorative strip die; Snow Burst embossing folder; Baja Breeze seam binding ribbon.

Wow, with Christmas almost over, I guess I need to post these last few Christmas cards!  This one was another fun one - I almost did this for our "house" card, but well, let's just say that me and glitter are a dangerous combo - I was pretty sparkly for a week after this!
Snow Buddies stamp set (retired); Whisper White, Not Quite Navy and Bashful Blue CS; Basic Black ink, Real Red, Old Olive and Pumpkin Pie markers; Dazzling Diamonds glitter; Snow Burst embossing folder.

Here's a second card I did with the lovely Something For Christmas stamp - made expressly for me and my markers!  It really does color up so quickly...  This is the card that left me some scraps for the Paper Bows.  Getting closer to the big day!

Something For Christmas stamp; Whisper White and Riding Hood Red CS; Letters to Santa DSP, Early Espresso baker's twine.

So excited for our December "class!"  One of our ladies is hosting us all at her house, for a "shoebox swap," when you design a card or item, and bring all the supplies for everyone to make one!  I decided this close to the holidays, we prolly didn't need any new card singles from me - my item is a set of two handmade bows in a sweet carry-out container!  So fun!

AND, here's the tutorial!  Merry Christmas!

I LOVED making this card, even though I had to hand-cut the fiddly letters from Welcome Christmas - so worth it for this result!  I picked out some tiny berries with a marker on the wreath...

Welcome Christmas stamp set; Very Vanilla and Old Olive CS; Real Red striped grosgrain; self adhesive rhinestone.

Still not done with those markers - these three I did with the retired Big on Christmas set.  I love to do a pop-up of the center image for added dimension.
Big on Christmas stamp set (retired); Whisper White, Very Vanilla, Marina Mist, Old Olive, Real Red, Riding Hood Red CS; Letters to Santa DSP; Marina Mist grosgrain, Riding Hood Red taffetta ribbon; Northern Frost decorative strip die.

Anyone who has ever been to one of my classes KNOWS I am a total marker addict!  This year's Something for Christmas single stamp was clearly made JUST for me!  Here's a quick color card I did for this stamp - I love to color!

Ah, a Christmas card designed with using up some retired scraps in mind!  CAS-ed this one from Renee van Stralen - I've wanted to use the bird die from the Holiday Movers & Shapers for forever!  And the glitter paper, too.  I can't tell you how many times I've fallen in love with something new and awesome from SU, and then I can't bear to actually use it - I must HOARD it, til that perfect application comes along!  So crazy...  These awesome products are made to be USED, darn it!

Brushed Gold, Real Red and Whisper White CS; Plant Hope and Four the Holidays stamp sets; Christmas Cocoa DSP (retired) and Red Glitter Paper; Gold Embossing Powder.
